The Forum Latam is our annual client conference designed for financial services, commerce and payments leaders.

It will happen from Monday, September 21 to Thursday, September 24, 2026.

We will have a Welcome Reception cocktail on September 21st, at 6 pm. We highly recommend checking in from 1 pm. The first conference will be held on the 22nd at 9:20 am.​

An exclusive audience of senior leaders and decision-makers from across Latin America’s financial ecosystem, including banks, large merchants, fintech innovators, and industry service providers. Attendees are predominantly C-level executives, presidents, and business leaders responsible for strategic decision-making.

There will be 3 days of panels, sessions and conversations on retail, acquiring, payments and innovation in financial technology, with inspiring speakers and real customer cases.

The event will feature two days of thought leadership, executive discussions, and networking opportunities focused on the future of banking, payments, commerce, and financial technology. Attendees can expect keynote presentations, expert panels, innovation showcases, and real-world client success stories from leading organizations across Latin America.​

Our Fiserv Forum LATAM has no associated registration fees. The only investment to consider is related to travel expenses, if applicable.​

As registrations are confirmed and availability changes, additional seats may become available. Should a spot open up, our team will contact you directly via email to confirm your participation.

The conference is an invitation-only event, and registrations are non-transferable. At this time, we are evaluating the possibility of allowing guests to share accommodations with registered attendees. Once this option is confirmed, we will communicate the details directly to participants.

Reservations will be made for you at Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne, based on the information you provided on your registration. You will be asked to provide a credit card at check-in for incidentals and any nights not covered by Fiserv.

Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and check-out is 12:00 p.m. The hotel will do its best to accommodate requests for early arrivals; however, early check-in is not guaranteed. Check-outs after 12:00 p.m. may be subject to a late departure and/or half day fee, at your financial responsibility.

The closest airport is Miami International Airport (MIA). Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) is also an option for travelers, located approximately 30 miles (48 km) north of Miami.

Airport transfers are not provided for this event; however, there are several convenient transportation options from Miami International Airport (MIA) to The Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne, Miami. Taxi and ride-share services are widely available and typically cost $35–$55, with an estimated travel time of 25–35 minutes, depending on traffic conditions. Rental cars and private transportation services are also available at the airport.

Business casual is appropriate for all conference sessions and casual attire is appropriate for evening events. Keep in mind that the temperature inside the meeting rooms tends to be cool.

For security purposes, conference attendees will be issued an official name badge at registration. These badges are required for entry to all conference events.
