Rene Salazar is SVP, Bank Solutions for Latin America at Fiserv. Rene works collaboratively with geographical leaders and technology business partners to deliver integrated banking solutions for Fiserv clients throughout the LATAM Region.
Rene joined Fiserv in 2009. He previously served as Vice President of Sales and Client Relations, responsible for relationship management and business development with existing and new clients.
Before joining Fiserv, he worked at Electronic Data Services (EDS) and served in various sales leadership positions as responsible for outsourcing sales and sales support in the Mexican market. Previously, Rene worked at HP Consulting and Ariba in the High-Tech industry. He started his professional career working for leading Financial Institutions, including BBVA and Citibank Mexico.
Rene holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from La Salle University and a postgraduate degree in Business Management from ITAM Business School in Mexico.
