About the Conference
The Fiserv Forum Latam is our annual client conference designed for financial services, commerce and payments leaders.
It will happen from Tuesday, September 16 to Thursday, September 19, 2025.
The conference will take place at the Fairmont Hotel Copacabana - Avenida Atlântica, 4240 - Copacabana, Rio de Janeiro - RJ, 22070-002 Brazil.
Fiserv clients from across Latin America in financial institutions, including banks of all sizes, large merchants, fintech providers and other service providers. It is a very selected audience, mostly C-level, president, and directors.
We will have a Welcome Reception cocktail on September 16th, at 6 pm. We highly recommend checking in from 3 pm. The first conference will be held on the 17th at 9 am.

About Registration and Participation
As this is an invitation-only event with limited capacity, RSVPs will only be accepted until August 31.
No, this event is invitation-only and non-transferable. In case you are unable to attend, please contact your Fiserv contact person.
Our Fiserv Forum LATAM has no associated registration fees. The only investment to consider is related to travel expenses, if applicable.
It depends on your nationality. Brazil has visa exemption agreements with around 90 countries, allowing citizens from those nations to enter with a valid passport for up to 90 days. However, citizens from countries that require visas from Brazilians will also need a visa to enter Brazil, based on the principle of reciprocity. Venue & Accommodation
Reservations will be made for you at The Fairmont Hotel Copacabana, based on the information you provided on your registration. You will be asked to provide a credit card at check-in for incidentals and any nights not covered by Fiserv.

Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and check-out is 12:00 p.m. The hotel will do its best to accommodate requests for early arrivals; however, early check-in is not guaranteed.
Check-outs after 12:00 p.m. may be subject to a late departure and/or half day fee, at your financial responsibility.
Transportation
The closest airports are Galeão International Airport and Santo Dumont Airport (SDU).
Airport transfers are not provided for this event; however, there are affordable options to get from Galeão International Airport (GIG) to Fairmont Hotel Copacabana. Typically taxi or ride-share services will cost $13-18 and take approximately 25 minutes. Choose official airport taxis or book a ride through the apps Uber or 99.
Parking is available at the hotel for guests who wish to use it. Please note that any related costs are the responsibility of each guest.

Our agenda includes networking and social activities, especially at the end of each conference day.
Yes, we will have an app that will allow guests to amplify their experience during the event, with the possibility to establish contact with the other guests and get more information about the speakers, sponsors and solutions presented.
Onsite Experience
Business casual is appropriate for all conference sessions and casual attire is appropriate for evening events. Keep in mind that the temperature inside the meeting rooms tends to be cool.
For security purposes, conference attendees will be issued an official name badge at registration. These badges are required for entry to all conference events.
