Joe leads the Solutions Engineering practice for Financial Services at OpenAI, where he works with executives at leading banks, insurers, and asset managers to turn advances in AI into measurable business outcomes. His team partners with senior business and engineering leaders to design, prototype, and deploy AI systems that transform customer experience, streamline operations, and reshape how work gets done across the enterprise.

Joe began his career as a software engineer at Goldman Sachs and later led Platform Solutions Architecture at Stripe, where he helped companies design and implement global payments systems. Over the last decade, he has helped large enterprises navigate major technology shifts and adopt new platforms at scale.
