David Probst
SVP, Head of EMEA Issuing, Product & Technology
David Probst serves as Senior Vice President, Head of North America Credit and Head of Global Product.
In his role Probst is responsible for the direction and day to day operations of the North American Credit Business. He is also responsible for stratagic direction and unification of the Fiserv global product offerings. This includes the multiyear program to modernize the Optis (North America) and Vision (International) processing platforms.
Probst joined Fiserv, formally First Data, in 2014 where he led the Engineering & Architecture organization globally for Financial Services. In this role Probst lead large scale programs like Optis Sysplex, iPhone Loans and the Optis Webservices. From 2020-2023 Head of Technology and Head of Product for the EMEA Financial Solutions business (GFS) located in Ireland.
Probst spent 13 years at JP Morgan Chase in Retail Banking and Shared Services performing many roles ranging from application developer to building the application engineering discipline. Probst was also responsible for engineering the large-scale mainframe COBOL and IMS applications to modern technologies and moving workloads off zOS processors.
